We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Head RCM with strong expertise in end-to-end US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management operations. The candidate should have excellent leadership capabilities, solid client management exposure, and hands-on operational governance experience across Medical Billing functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end RCM operations including:
- AR Calling & Analysis

- Denial Management

- Charge Entry

- Payment Posting

- Eligibility Verification

- Medical Billing Operations
- Drive operational excellence through process improvements, automation, and productivity enhancement initiatives.
- Manage large operational teams including Managers, Team Leaders, QA, Trainers, and SMEs.
- Monitor key business metrics such as:

- Collections

- Aging

- Productivity

- Quality

- Revenue realization

- SLA adherence
- Ensure strong governance and client relationship management.
- Conduct regular reviews with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Handle escalation management and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Develop workforce planning,



resource allocation, and succession planning strategies.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and leadership development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and organizational policies.
- Support transitions, migrations, and new business implementations.
- Analyze operational MIS reports and identify trends for continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in US Medical Billing / RCM Operations.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Operations Leadership roles.

- Physician Billing

- Hospital Billing
- AR & Denial Management
- End-to-End Revenue Cycle Management
- Robust TEAM handling and CLIENT coordination experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in handling large teams and multiple processes.
