About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 2–4 years of experience in an IT Services / Software Development setting . The candidate will be responsible for understanding business and client requirements, translating them into clear functional requirements, and working closely with clients, stakeholders, developers, QA, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and client requirements.
- Conduct requirement discussions, stakeholder meetings, and discovery sessions.
- Translate business requirements into clear BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications .
- Work closely with clients and internal technical teams to clarify requirements.
- Create process flows, wireframes, user journeys, and functional documentation where required.
- Coordinate with Developers, QA, UI/UX, Project Managers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prioritize requirements and maintain a well-structured product/project backlog.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies , including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support the development and QA teams by providing requirement clarifications and acceptance criteria.
- Review deliverables to ensure they align with approved business requirements.
- Identify gaps, dependencies, risks,



and potential improvements in business processes.
- Assist in UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution .
- Prepare requirement documents, meeting notes, status updates, and other project documentation.
- Act as a bridge between the client/business stakeholders and technical teams .

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT Services, Software Development, or Technology company.
- Strong experience in client-facing / stakeholder management .
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) .
- Hands-on experience with BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria, and Process Flows .
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies .
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical/functional specifications.
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.
- Good knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Excel, MS Visio, Figma/Balsamiq , or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with international clients .
- Exposure to web/mobile application development projects.
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, SQL, and system integrations .
- Experience in preparing presentations and conducting client demos.
- Business Analyst certification such as CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent is a plus.
