- Support employee onboarding and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and candidates to ensure timely completion of HR processes.
- Coordinate induction and onboarding training for current hires
- Update and maintain employee information in HR systems and ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain employee records, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and proper maintenance of employee data and HR documentation.
