Sarva Sudarsanaa Academy is a leading training institute offering professional courses in CAD, CAM, CAE, BIM, IT, and GATE Coaching. We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented Freshers to join our team as Academic Counsellors and help students and working professionals choose the right courses for their career goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and working professionals about our courses and career opportunities.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Handle incoming enquiries through calls, messages, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with prospective students and guide them through the admission process.
- Explain course details, benefits, career opportunities, fees, and available offers.
- Maintain and update student/lead information in CRM or tracking systems.
- Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
- Build and maintain good relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for student engagement and promotional activities.




- Continuously learn about current courses, technologies, and career opportunities to provide accurate guidance.

Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Tamil.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good convincing and relationship-building skills.
- Interest in counselling, sales, education, or business development.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office is preferred.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Preferred Candidates

- Fresh graduates looking to build a career in Academic Counselling, Sales or Business Development.
