- 2+ years of IT operations, service desk, or identity administration experience.
- Hands-on administration of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (user, license, and group management).
Robust ownership of onboarding and offboarding tickets, with the ability to proactively drive them to closure

2 + Years Experience in IAM and Jira / ServiceNow
