We are seeking a comprehensive Microsoft 365 Security Advisory and Remediation Governance Service to support Client in the assessment, planning, validation, coordination, execution oversight, and closure of security findings identified through security assessments, audits, penetration tests, cloud security reviews, or other security engagements.

The service provider acts as the senior technical authority and trusted advisor for Microsoft cloud security technologies and shall support Client throughout the complete remediation lifecycle.

The service covers Microsoft cloud security technologies including, but not limited to:

Microsoft Entra ID

Microsoft 365 Security

Microsoft Defender Suite

Microsoft Purview

Conditional Access

Privileged Identity Management

Identity Governance

Exchange Online Security

SharePoint Online Security

Teams Security

Azure Security Services

Security Monitoring and Logging

Data Protection and Compliance Controls

Zero Trust Architecture Components The objective is to ensure that identified security findings are properly understood, technically validated, translated into actionable remediation plans, successfully implemented, and formally accepted by internal and external security stakeholders.
