We are looking for an experienced AS400/IBM i L2 Support professional with solid hands-on experience in JDA MMS and retail applications .
Key Skills:
- AS400 / IBM i – L2 Application & Production Support
- JDA MMS, WMS, MAO, Storenet
- RPGLE / ILE RPG / SQLRPGLE / CLLE
• DB2 for i – SQL, Joins, Views & Performance Tuning
- DDS – PF, LF, DF & Printer Files
- Production issues, job/batch failures, RCA & troubleshooting
• IBM i Journaling & Commitment Control
- Aldon / Turnover / ARCAD
• GoAnywhere MFT or similar file transfer tools
- L1 mentoring, SOPs, RCA & support documentation
- Strong stakeholder and incident management experience
Preferred: Retail domain experience with JDA MMS.
