- Design, develop, and implement IBM FileNet and Case Manager solutions.

- Configure case management solutions, workflows, and business processes.

- Develop custom components, APIs, integrations, and user interfaces.

- Perform system analysis, impact assessment, and solution design.

- Support application deployments across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production environments.

- Troubleshoot workflow, content management, and performance-related issues.

- Work with architects and business teams to gather and refine requirements.

- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.

- Create technical design documents and operational runbooks.

- Provide L2/L3 support for production applications.

Mandatory skills

- 5+ years of experience in IBM Case Manager (ICM) development and implementation.
- Solid hands-on experience with IBM FileNet P8 Platform.
- Experience in designing and developing Case Management solutions using IBM Case Manager.
- Expertise in Case Builder, Process Designer, Workplace XT, Content Navigator, and Administration Console for Content Platform Engine (ACCE).
- Strong knowledge of IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) / IBM BPM integration.
- Experience in developing and customizing:
- Case Types
- Tasks & Workflows
- Roles & In-baskets
- Case Pages and Widgets
- Business Rules
- Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, REST/SOAP Web Services.
- Hands-on experience with IBM Content Navigator (ICN) customization and plugin development.
- Strong understanding of Content Engine, Process Engine,



and Case Management architecture.
- Experience in integrating FileNet solutions with enterprise applications and external systems.
- Knowledge of SQL, database design, and performance tuning.
- Experience in deployment, migration, configuration, and production support of IBM Case Manager applications.
- Good understanding of workflow automation, document lifecycle management, and records management.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

Desired skills

- Experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) and Digital Process Automation solutions.
- Knowledge of IBM Datacap, Content Collector, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) integrations.
- Experience with Containerization technologies such as Docker and OpenShift.
- Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud).
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, Maven, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Case Manager Client customization using JavaScript, Dojo, and React-based integrations.
- Experience in migration projects from legacy ECM/workflow platforms to IBM Case Manager.
- Understanding of security models, LDAP, SSO, and role-based access controls.
- Knowledge of document capture, OCR, and intelligent document processing solutions.
- Experience working in Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, or Healthcare domains.
- Relevant IBM certifications in:
