Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions using Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), SailPoint IdentityNow, or similar tools.
- Develop technical architecture designs for IAM systems, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Provide expert-level guidance on best practices in identity access management to stakeholders.
Job Requirements :
- 8-15 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) architecture design and implementation.
- Robust understanding of LDAP protocols and their application in IAM systems.
- Experience with multiple IAM platforms such as OIM, SailPoint IdentityNow, or other comparable products.
