- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- Licensed engineer or equivalent certification
- With experience in Detailed Engineering Design (DED) of infrastructure projects as Hydrologist or Drainage Engineer.
- With experience in any IFI or ODA projects within Southeast Asia
- Must be willing to be assigned overseas during the project duration
- Relevant trainings/seminars/workshops are highly advantageous.
