Job Summary

ABS General Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HVAC Draftsman with a minimum of 8 years of experience in HVAC drafting and design for HVAC, MEP, and building services projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed HVAC drawings, layouts, shop drawings, and as-built drawings while ensuring compliance with project specifications, design standards, and site requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed HVAC drawings, including ducting layouts, chilled water piping layouts, equipment layouts, and ventilation systems.
- Develop HVAC shop drawings, working drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Prepare HVAC duct sizing, routing, sections, elevations, and equipment installation details.
- Coordinate with HVAC design engineers, MEP teams, project managers, and site execution teams.
- Review architectural, structural, and other MEP drawings to identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues.
- Incorporate design revisions and update drawings as per project requirements and site conditions.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, applicable codes, and engineering standards.




- Prepare HVAC schematic diagrams, material take-offs, and drawing-related documentation as required.
- Assist the project and site teams with technical clarifications and drawing-related issues.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely submission of drawings for client and consultant approvals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant technical qualification.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HVAC drafting and detailing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, chilled water piping, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems.
- Experience in preparing HVAC shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Knowledge of HVAC design principles, duct sizing, and equipment layouts.
- Ability to interpret HVAC design drawings, architectural drawings, and technical specifications.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple project drawing requirements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
