Work Location: Faridabad, Pune, and Hyderabad
Lindstrom Services India Private Limited
Purpose of the Role:
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused HR Operations Specialist professional to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, HR data management, payroll coordination, and off-roll workforce administration.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple operational priorities, and the confidence to collaborate with internal stakeholders across functions and locations.
The role requires hands-on HR operational experience, strong data management capabilities, and a solution-oriented approach. Working knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance is expected, while specialized compliance activities will be managed through a centralized support structure.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, employee documentation, confirmation, transfers, employee data changes, and separation processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to facilitate seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences.
- Handle employee queries related to HR processes, policies, documentation, and operational matters.
2. HR Data Management, HRIS & MIS Reporting
- Maintain accurate, updated, and reliable employee master data across HR systems and databases.
- Prepare and maintain periodic HR MIS reports, dashboards, and operational trackers.
- Monitor workforce-related metrics such as headcount, attrition, attendance, leave, employee movements, and off-roll workforce data.
- Conduct regular data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure data integrity.
- Support HR leadership with workforce analytics, operational insights, and data-driven reporting.
3. Payroll Inputs & Coordination
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, loss of pay, current joiners, exits, salary revisions, and other employee-related changes.
- Validate payroll-related data and ensure timely submission to the payroll processing team.
- Coordinate with Payroll, Finance, and relevant stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and employee queries.
- Ensure adherence to established payroll timelines and internal processes.
The role requires practical payroll knowledge and coordination capabilities rather than specialized end-to end payroll processing expertise. 4. Off-Roll Workforce & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate HR operational activities relating to off-roll, contractual, and third-party employees across business locations.
- Maintain accurate off-roll employee databases, deployment records, attendance information, and workforce movement trackers.
- Facilitate onboarding, documentation, deployment changes, and separation processes for off-roll employees.
- Track and resolve operational issues concerning contractual workforce administration.
- Support standardization and continuous improvement of off-roll workforce management practices.
5. Statutory Compliance Coordination
- Possess working knowledge of applicable statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, gratuity, and other relevant labour regulations.
- Coordinate with the centralized team and relevant stakeholders for compliance-related data, documentation, and operational requirements.
- Support timely submission of employee and workforce information required for compliance processes.
- Maintain relevant records and facilitate documentation for internal reviews and audits.
- Follow up on compliance-related observations and coordinate their closure with the responsible teams.
Specialized statutory compliance management will be handled centrally through GI. The position focuses primarily on operational coordination, data accuracy, and process adherence. 6. Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
- Identify process gaps, recurring operational challenges, and opportunities for automation.
- Support standardization of HR processes, documentation, reporting formats, and workflows.
- Improve efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time across HR operational activities.
- Maintain process trackers, checklists, and control mechanisms to improve execution.
- Support HR transformation initiatives,
system enhancements, and continuous improvement projects.
- Contribute to a consistent and employee-friendly HR service delivery experience.
