We need HR operations, shared services or payroll related profiles, any of these HRMS tools would work- workday, kronos, ukg pro etc.

This role is for staff augmentation support and resources will be assisting non-core activities

· Perform incoming document audit, ingest and index to the document storage system for retention.

· Experience working on US HR operations teams

· Preferably hands-on experience in tools like Workday, Mytime, Kronos and UKG pro

· Timely audit of Team Member records, ensuring data quality.

· Assertively channelizing the efforts to develop and improve business skills, critical thinking and creative reasoning.

· Maintain performance standards, both in production and quality of service.

· Utilize the on-line resources and process pages for quick,



accurate information regarding job functions and procedural changes.

· Good problem-solving skills and innovative skills

Requirements:

· Graduate in any discipline

· Flexibility to shift rotation, including night and weekend shifts.

· 2-3 years of work experience

· Good oral and written communication skills

· Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task

· Typing and computer skills; knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package

Call outs -

· There may be a requirement to work on weekends based on business needs. In such cases, contractors will be provided with two consecutive days off during the week.

· There may also be occasions when contractors are required to work on TII holidays. In those situations, compensatory time off (comp off) will be provided.

· This is a fixed-duration contract, and all contractors will be released on 31 January 2027
