Finagg Technologies is looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to join our team. Candidates with hands-on experience in HR operations and a strong understanding of the end-to-end employee lifecycle are encouraged to apply.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit formalities.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and joining formalities.
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, regularization, and related queries.
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accurate attendance and leave inputs.
- Handle Full & Final (F&F;) settlements and ensure timely closure of exit formalities.
- Address employee grievances, resolve routine workplace concerns, and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Coordinate employee confirmations, transfers, and separation processes.




- Provide day-to-day HR operational support and respond to employee queries.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, internal processes, and applicable statutory requirements.

? Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR Operations is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management, onboarding, and induction.
- Working knowledge of attendance management, leave administration, and payroll coordination.
- Practical understanding of Full & Final (F&F;) settlements.
- Experience in employee grievance handling and query resolution.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with HRMS tools will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
