Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Manager at Vcom Technologies Private Limited.

The Human Resources

Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining compliance with labor laws and company standards, and managing HR documentation and reporting. The role involves supporting learning and development initiatives, handling employee relations and conflict resolution,



and guiding managers on best practices in people management.

The Human Resources

Manager will collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, drive culture-building initiatives, and continuously improve HR processes and systems.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in talent acquisition, interviewing, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Candidates should possess skills in performance management, goal setting, feedback processes, and employee development.
- Candidates should possess skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR policy development, compliance with labor regulations, and documentation management.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR data analysis, reporting, and use of HRIS or other HR technology tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across remote and distributed teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and professional integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in an HR Manager or similar role, preferably within IT services or technology-focused organizations.
