Job Opportunity: HR Manager at SAAR Education

Are you an experienced and people-focused HR professional? SAAR Education is looking for an HR Manager to lead and manage our human resources functions, support organizational growth, and build a high-performance work culture. If you're passionate about HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, and team development—we’d love to connect with you!

What You’ll Do

- Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and legal compliance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership on HR matters,



conflict resolution, and employee relations.
- Oversee training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and growth.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Coordinate with departments for workforce planning and organizational development.
- Collaborate with admin, IT, and travel management teams as part of the HR function.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, approachable, and detail-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in an education or EdTech workplace is a plus. If not , the candidate must have strong communication and rapport-building skills
