Human Resources (HR) Specialist

Position Overview: The HR Specialist handles employee relations, recruitment, perks, and compliance with labor laws to support a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
- Address employee issues and resolve conflicts.
- Maintain HR policies and ensure legal compliance.
- Oversee payroll, benefits, and performance evaluations.
- Support employee development and retention initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 2-5 years of HR experience.
- Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
