Tripta Innovations Private Limited is a trusted Accounting & Inventory Software company, serving 14,000+ businesses with 30+ years of experience in business software solutions. We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who can independently manage the complete HR function for our organization.

Key Responsibilities • Understand technical and business hiring requirements, manage end-to-end recruitment, and build a strong, ongoing talent pipeline.

- Own the complete employee lifecycle - hiring, onboarding, confirmation, growth, retention and exit.
- Track productivity, attendance, attrition, hiring TAT, retention and department-wise performance.
- Build and maintain HR policies, SOPs, job descriptions, organization structure and reporting hierarchy.
- Ensure required HR documentation, statutory/labour compliance and employee records.
- Manage salary structure, payroll coordination, incentives, variable pay and employee benefits.
- Handle employee concerns, discipline, conflicts, engagement and retention of key performers.
- Manage manpower planning, headcount, hiring priorities and HR budgets with management.




- Work with department heads to define and track KRAs, KPIs, targets and measurable performance goals.
- Run monthly/quarterly/yearly performance reviews, appraisals, increments, promotions and PIPs.
- Identify skill gaps and training needs, especially across product, technology, support and customer-facing teams.
- Work closely with leadership on culture, team building, team succession planning and organizational growth.
- Handle any additional responsibilities or strategic initiatives assigned by management from time to time, based on organizational and business needs.

Experience & Skills • 3-5+ years of HR experience; experience in Accounting Software, ERP, SaaS, Software Product or IT companies is strongly preferred. • Positive understanding of technical and non-technical hiring. • Strong experience with KRA/KPI and performance management systems. • Data-driven, process-oriented and capable of independently owning the HR department. • Strong communication, negotiation and people-management skills.
