Role - Human Resource Manager (PR agency)

Role Description The Human Resources Manager – PR is a full-time, on-site role based in Recent Delhi. This role manages end-to-end HR operations for a growing PR agency, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. The manager develops and implements HR policies aligned with organizational goals, supports workforce planning, and collaborates with leadership to build a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating recruitment for PR and media roles, overseeing training and development programs, managing HR data and compliance, and advising managers on employee engagement and retention strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong HR operations skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Experience developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance practices, preferably in PR, media, or related industries.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience, ideally in a PR or marketing agency
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with a focus on building an inclusive and ethical workplace.




- Proficiency in HR information systems, MS Office tools, and basic data analysis for HR reporting and decision-making.
- Demonstrated experience in employer branding, talent engagement, and supporting organizational culture initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification or HR certification is an advantage.
