Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with relevant employment laws. This full-time, in office role based in Gurgaon involves partnering with leadership to build HR policies, support workforce planning, and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Manager will manage HR documentation and systems, maintain personnel records, and ensure consistent application of HR processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling employee queries, coordinating training and development initiatives, conducting HR analytics and reporting,



and supporting change management activities to align people practices with business goals.

- Candidates should possess strong skills in talent acquisition, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in performance management, goal-setting frameworks, and feedback and appraisal processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace engagement initiatives.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR policy development, compliance with labor regulations, and HR documentation management.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR data analysis, reporting, and use of HRIS or similar HR software tools.
