Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.

The Human Resources

Manager will develop and implement HR policies, manage payroll and benefits administration in coordination with relevant teams, and ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards. Daily responsibilities include supporting managers with workforce planning, handling employee relations and conflict resolution, maintaining accurate HR records, and conducting trainings on workplace culture, conduct, and policies. The role also involves partnering with leadership to build a positive,



inclusive work environment and supporting initiatives that enhance talent development and retention.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in recruitment and talent acquisition, including job design, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution to support a healthy work culture.
- Knowledge of HR operations, including HR policy development, HRIS usage, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
- Solid understanding of labor laws, compliance requirements, and best practices in workplace health and safety.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in data-driven HR decision-making, including reporting, metrics tracking, and process improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an HR leadership or manager role, preferably in retail, fashion, or consumer goods sectors.
