We're Hiring | HR Manager – Medical College & Hospital

Arya Medical College & Hospital (AMCH), Jaipur is looking for an experienced, dynamic and result-oriented HR Manager to lead Human Resources operations across its medical college and multispecialty teaching hospital.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment of medical faculty, resident doctors, nursing, paramedical, technical and administrative staff.
- Ensure compliance with NMC faculty and staffing requirements , including faculty records, eligibility verification and documentation.
- Manage HR operations, payroll, biometric attendance, leave, employee records and statutory compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies, performance appraisal systems, employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Coordinate with the Dean, Medical Superintendent, HODs and hospital administration for manpower planning.
- Maintain HR documentation and support NMC inspections, NABH accreditation and other regulatory requirements.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and staff welfare.
- Prepare manpower budgets and recruitment strategies to support institutional expansion.





Eligibility & Experience
- Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a medical college or multispecialty hospital.
- Prior experience handling NMC faculty recruitment and medical college HR compliance will be strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, payroll, statutory compliance and HR management systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, recruitment and organizational skills.
