We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Intern who wants hands-on experience across recruitment, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities .
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate and employee records .
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
- Support attendance, leave, and HR documentation processes.
- Prepare HR reports, trackers, and other required documentation.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

What We're Looking For
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field .




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office .
- Willingness to learn HR processes and recruitment practices.
- Proactive attitude with good attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Good to Have
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR operations.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or HRMS platforms .
- Previous internship or project experience in HR.
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations .
