Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in daily operations at the Ambattur location in an on-site, full time capacity.

Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, and maintaining employee records. The intern will help in implementing HR policies, supporting onboarding processes, and coordinating basic employee welfare and engagement activities.



Additional tasks may involve preparing HR-related documentation, updating databases, and providing administrative support to HR management to ensure smooth personnel operations.

Qualifications

- Strong interest in Human Resources (HR) and foundational understanding of HR Management principles.
- Ability to learn and support HR Policies and basic knowledge of Employee Benefits.
- Interest in Personnel Management, including employee data handling and documentation.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and respectful approach.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, attention to detail, and basic proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Willingness to work on-site in Ambattur and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
