Role Description The Human Resources Generalist is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India. The individual in this role will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and maintaining accurate HR records.

Responsibilities include implementing HR policies, supporting performance management processes, and assisting with employee relations and engagement initiatives. The HR Generalist will coordinate benefits administration, address employee queries,



and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company guidelines. This role will also support HR reporting, drive process improvements, and collaborate with leadership to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) practices, including HR Management and HR Policies.
- Experience managing Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration.
- Knowledge of local employment laws and regulatory compliance in India.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS tools and basic MS Office applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a generalist or similar HR role, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
