Qualification: Any Graduate (MBA HR Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment : Drive end-to-end recruitment, including manpower planning, sourcing via LinkedIn and Naukri, interviewing, offer management, and minimizing candidate dropouts.

2. Onboarding & HR Operations : Handle joining formalities, statutory documentation (such as Form F and Form 11), IT/vendor coordination, and HRIS management.

3. Performance, Leave & Payroll: Collaborate with functional heads on KRA setting, manage attendance and leave records, and consolidate monthly salary inputs.

4. Statutory & Healthcare Compliance:



Manage specialized healthcare regulatory requirements, including PCPNDT registration, centre registrations, and ART Level 1 & 2 / surrogacy licensing documentation.

5. GIFT Academy Fellowship Management: Oversee fellowship recruitment, screening, and onboarding formalities.

6. Employee Relations: Act as the primary HR point of contact for grievance resolution, policy implementation, and management coordination.
