Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Karnal.

The Human Resources

Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records maintenance. The role involves supporting employee relations, responding to HR-related queries, and helping maintain a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The person in this role will assist in implementing HR policies, coordinating performance management processes, and supporting recruitment activities such as screening candidates and scheduling interviews.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR), including understanding of core HR functions and best practices.




- Candidates should possess practical experience in HR Operations, such as onboarding, documentation, attendance, and HR data management.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and communication.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and compliance, with the ability to support policy implementation and adherence.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred.
- Robust interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Karnal are beneficial.
- Familiarity with HR software or HRIS systems and basic MS Office skills would be an advantage.
