Role Description The Human Resources Generalist will support end-to-end HR operations and serve as a key point of contact for employees and managers. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with HR policies and procedures, coordinating recruitment activities, managing onboarding and offboarding, supporting performance management cycles, and maintaining accurate employee records.

The role will also handle employee queries related to benefits, leave, and HR processes, and help drive engagement and employee experience initiatives. This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure consistent, compliant, and people-centric HR practices.

Qualifications

- 1-4 years of Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience supporting day-to-day HR operations.
- Ability to interpret, implement,



and maintain HR Policies in alignment with organizational standards and local regulations.
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, including enrollment, queries, and vendor coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate across teams.
- Experience with HRIS or HR-related tools, and proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity software.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance requirements; prior experience in a Bengaluru-based or similar environment is beneficial.
