Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment & candidate screening
- Employee onboarding & documentation
- Attendance & leave management
- Payroll coordination
- Employee relations & grievance handling
- Training & induction coordination
- HR records & compliance
- Implementation of HR policies and discipline
- Coordination with HODs for manpower requirements
- Staff welfare and resort HR administration

Requirements:

- 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in hospitality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel & HR documentation
- Well-organized, responsible and professional
- Comfortable working in a resort workplace at Sasan Gir

Location: Sasan Gir, Gujarat
