Role Description The Human Resources Generalist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including administering HR policies, handling employee queries, and supporting HR management activities.

Responsibilities include overseeing employee onboarding and offboarding, assisting with performance management processes, and maintaining accurate employee records and documentation. The role will also support perks administration, coordinate employee engagement initiatives, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations. This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Chennai, requiring regular collaboration with managers and team members across the organization.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in generalist or similar HR roles.
- Ability to develop, implement, and maintain HR Policies aligned with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, including enrollment, queries, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS or HR-related software, and strong attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Experience working in an on-site HR role, preferably within a corporate or services environment in Chennai or similar markets.
