Role Description The Human Resources Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Goregaon. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment support, onboarding, documentation, attendance and leave tracking, and HRIS updates.

The Human Resources

Executive will administer HR policies, coordinate performance review processes, support employee engagement activities, and handle routine queries from team members. The position includes maintaining compliance with labor laws, supporting payroll inputs, and collaborating with leadership on workforce planning and resource allocation. The role also requires preparing HR reports and dashboards, assisting in disciplinary and grievance procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement of HR practices and employee experience.

Qualifications:

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, including understanding of core HR functions and lifecycle processes.
- Candidates should have 3-5 years of work experience.
- Candidates should possess HR Operations skills, such as experience with HRIS systems, documentation, onboarding,



and compliance-related activities.
- Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills, including the ability to handle grievances, support engagement initiatives, and foster a positive work environment.
- Candidates should possess HR Policies knowledge, with experience in policy implementation, interpretation, and adherence to local labor regulations.
- Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in office in Goregaon, with proficiency in MS Office tools and basic HR reporting.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in an HR Executive or similar role is an advantage.
- Familiarity with IT/technology staffing environments and the ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization will be beneficial.

Salary: Salary range for this role is 7-8 LPA
