Compesation Details-

1. HR Intern

- CTC: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on performance and interview evaluation)
- Nature: Internship (Full time)
- Duration: 4-6 months (extendable or convertible to full-time based on performance)

2. HR Executive

- CTC: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month during probation (based on experience and skillset)
- Nature: Full-time employment
- Probation Period: 4 months

Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Plan and execute campus drives and placement activities.
- Build and manage candidate pipelines through multiple channels.
- Coordinate with institutes and placement cells for hiring.
- Support HR operations, policy adherence, and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Experience in recruitment and campus hiring.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field .
