Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Mohpa.

The Human Resources

Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records. The role involves administering HR policies, supporting performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and company standards. The individual will handle employee relations activities, such as addressing concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive work culture.





Additional responsibilities include coordinating training and development initiatives, assisting with payroll and benefits administration, and preparing HR reports for management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR), with experience overseeing core HR functions.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations and HR Policies, including implementing procedures and ensuring regulatory and organizational compliance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to foster engagement, resolve workplace issues, and support a healthy work environment.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, proficiency with HRIS tools and MS Office, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in a similar HR role within the IT or digital services industry is preferred.
