About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Executive to support recruitment and HR operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and supporting day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication.
- Maintain recruitment databases and hiring reports.
- Support onboarding and employee documentation processes.
- Coordinate with hiring teams to understand recruitment requirements.
- Assist with general HR activities and employee records.

Your Profile

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.




- Experience in recruitment, HR operations, or talent acquisition preferred.
- Good understanding of sourcing and candidate screening processes.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing and job portals is an advantage.
