Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, and maintaining accurate HR records. This full-time, on-site role based in Noida involves overseeing employee relations, coordinating performance management activities, and supporting talent acquisition needs. The role includes implementing and updating HR policies, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws, and promoting a fair, inclusive workplace culture.

The Human Resources

Executive will collaborate with production and corporate teams to address staffing requirements,



support training and development initiatives, and handle HR-related queries efficiently. The position requires close coordination with leadership to align HR practices with IFI’s dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Solid Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, including experience supporting end-to-end employee lifecycle.
- Practical expertise in HR Operations and HR Policies, with the ability to implement and maintain compliant and transparent HR processes.
- Proven capability in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and fostering an inclusive and engaging work environment.
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliances, and HR best practices relevant to media, entertainment, or startup environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment with production schedules, tight timelines, and diverse teams.
- Proficiency in HRIS tools, MS Office, and basic data reporting for HR metrics and dashboards.
