Role Description

This is a part-time, hybrid HR Executive role based in Surat. The HR Executive will help build and support the team behind some of India’s fastest-growing D2C brands. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing end-to-end hiring for roles across performance marketing, creative, and operations; sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals; screening CVs; and coordinating interviews with the founders.

The role also involves running smooth onboarding for new joiners, maintaining employee records and documentation, tracking attendance and leaves, and supporting day-to-day HR operations. The HR Executive will also help shape company culture,



employee engagement, and HR processes as the agency grows.

Qualifications

- Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree or MBA, with a specialization in HR preferred.
- Candidates should have experience or a strong interest in hiring, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews across multiple roles.
- Candidates should be familiar with onboarding processes, including documentation, induction, and helping recent joiners settle in quickly.
- Candidates should be comfortable with HR operations, including employee records, attendance and leave tracking, and basic HR policies.
- Candidates should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to coordinate with founders, team members, and candidates professionally.
- Candidates should be organized and able to manage multiple open positions and tasks at once.
- 0–2 years of experience is expected. Freshers with relevant internships or a robust interest in HR are welcome.
- Familiarity with agencies, startups, or the digital marketing space is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Surat and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment is expected.
