- Source and screen candidates regularly
- Track follow-ups and conversations accurately
- Maintain ATS / sheets with discipline
- Coordinate interviews and offers
- Close loops with candidates and internal teams
- Repeat the above daily , without external pressure

This role involves repetition and routine . If you enjoy structure and predictability, you’ll do well here.
