Position: HR Coordinator

Salary: ₹10,000 Fixed per Month

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Work Mode: Remote

** We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Coordinator with at least 1 year of experience in HR operations, recruitment coordination, and client handling. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, the ability to manage clients professionally, and experience coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate recruitment activities, schedule interviews, and follow up with candidates.
- Handle clients professionally and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfill them.
- Manage candidate documentation, document verification, and Background Verification (BGV).
- Coordinate offer letter releases, onboarding, joining formalities, and induction sessions.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, employee records, and hiring reports.




- Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
- Ensure timely communication with clients, candidates, and team members.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, recruitment coordination, or HR operations.
- Must have experience in client handling and client communication.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of HR documentation, recruitment processes, and onboarding.
