We’re looking for a proactive HR & Operations Executive to manage recruitment, employee coordination, internal task flow and basic marketing support.

- Recruit, screen and coordinate candidates
- Manage onboarding, attendance and employee records
- Allocate tasks and track team progress
- Coordinate day-to-day staff operations
- Maintain internal reports and documentation
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Support Meta Ads and basic digital marketing activities
- Assist with lead research and business growth activities

- Robust communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage employees and follow-ups
- Basic Meta Ads / digital marketing knowledge
- Good market research and reporting skills
- Excel / Google Sheets knowledge preferred
- Comfortable taking ownership across multiple tasks
