Kshitij3 is a BIM/VDC technology solutions firm serving the AEC sector. We are a fast-moving team moving from modelling vendor to technology partner for large-scale infrastructure projects, starting with data centres. Our people are our product, so this role directly shapes how fast and how well we grow.

The Role

You will be the owner of people operations at K3: finding talent, bringing them in smoothly, keeping teams staffed to project needs, and managing exits cleanly. You’ll work directly with the founders and project leads, with real ownership from day one.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment: Run the full cycle for BIM/VDC roles (Revit modellers, coordinators, discipline leads): job postings, CV screening, phone screens, interview scheduling, offer follow-through.
- Talent outreach: Build and maintain a pipeline of BIM/AEC talent through LinkedIn, job portals, colleges, referrals and industry communities. Maintain the candidate database.
- Manpower planning: Track project-wise resource needs against availability, and flag gaps early so projects aren’t understaffed.
- Onboarding: Handle documentation,



tool/licence and seat setup coordination, induction, and 30-60-90 day check-ins for new joiners.
- Exits: Manage resignations, handover, exit interviews, F&F; coordination, and documentation of exit feedback.
- Communication: Be the link between management and team: policy updates, attendance/leave coordination, and employee concerns.
- HR operations: Keep employee records accurate and current.

Skills Required
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Confidence in dealing with candidates, team members and senior leadership
- Strong follow-up and ownership; things don’t fall through the cracks
- Organised, with good time management across multiple open tasks
- Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets
- Maturity with confidential information
- Willingness to learn the BIM/AEC domain on the business front

- Exposure to AEC, construction or technical hiring
