Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers across various functions.

The specialist will collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job postings, and maintain a strong talent pipeline. Day-to-day activities include leveraging multiple channels to attract candidates, conducting structured interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and updating recruitment trackers and reports. The role also contributes to employer branding initiatives, supports onboarding coordination,



and continuously optimizes hiring practices using data and feedback.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
- Demonstrated capabilities in Hiring decisions and Interviewing, including structured assessments and candidate evaluation.
- Experience in Employer Branding, with the ability to promote the organization’s value proposition and enhance candidate engagement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and teams.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and professional networking platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple requisitions, and meet hiring timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; prior in-house or agency recruitment experience is preferred.
- Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring practices and a strong interest in technology and AI-driven talent solutions.
