Position: Recruitment Manager

Eligibility: Must have 4+ years of Team handling & Recruitment experience

Key Responsibilities

- Will have the responsibility to start from the zero and building the team for our staffing project.
- Manage and lead a team of recruiters and ensure monthly recruitment targets are achieved on time.
- Must have hands-on experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Experience in handling BPO, IT and Non-IT clients.
- Manage client coordination, requirements, interview schedules, feedback and recruitment delivery.
- Attend client meetings and build solid relationships for business growth.
- Identify opportunities for increasing business with existing and new clients.




- Monitor recruiter performance, productivity, submissions, interviews, selections and joinings.
- Hire and onboard additional recruiters whenever needed to increase team strength and maintain monthly targets.
- Train and guide recruiters to improve performance and achieve targets.
- Ensure timely delivery of client requirements and maintain recruitment TAT.

Shift timing - 10AM TO 6PM

MONDAY TO SATURDAY FIXED
