Job Summary

We are looking for a knowledgeable HR Trainer / Faculty to train students in Human Resource Management and practical HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach HRM concepts and functions.
- Provide training in recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
- Explain payroll basics, HR documentation, and employee management.
- Teach labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Prepare training materials and conduct assessments.
- Guide students in HR interview preparation and career development.

Requirements:

- MBA in HR or a relevant qualification in Human Resource Management.
- Valuable communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR concepts and practices.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly.
- Good classroom management and mentoring skills.
