- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

- Conduct initial candidate calls and schedule interviews.

- Coordinate interview rounds with candidates and hiring teams.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Maintain and update candidate information in the recruitment/HR system.
