Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with hands-on experience in corporate bulk hiring, preferably for BPO clients. The candidate should have strong sourcing skills, knowledge of Naukri.com, and experience in stakeholder management and client coordination.
The selected candidate will be on V5 Global’s payroll and work from the client’s office in Sector 63, Noida.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end corporate recruitment and bulk hiring for BPO requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri.com and other job portals.
- Create job postings, perform resume database searches, and screen profiles.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews.
- Manage client coordination and stakeholder communication.
- Understand hiring requirements and ensure timely fulfilment of positions.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and follow up with candidates until joining.
- Track interview schedules, offer status, and joining updates.
- Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets and defined turnaround times.
- Minimise candidate dropouts and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate bulk hiring.
- BPO recruitment experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of Naukri.com, job postings, and resume database searches.
- Experience in stakeholder management and client coordination.
- Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Basic to valuable Excel knowledge for recruitment trackers and reports.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
