Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage and oversee the organisation's HR function. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.
- Handle recruitment, interviews, selection, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee records.
- Develop and implement HR policies and processes.
- Manage performance appraisal, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.




- Coordinate payroll, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other employee benefits.
- Identify training and development requirements.
- Prepare HR reports and provide insights to management.
- Work closely with department heads on manpower planning and employee-related matters.

Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant HR experience.
- Solid knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, payroll, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS.
- Ability to independently manage HR functions and work with senior management.
