Manager HR Operation (PMS, C&B;, Payroll & R&R;)

Key Responsibilities

- Performance Management: Lead PMS/PMP cycles, goal setting, reviews, appraisals, calibration, feedback, and IDPs.
- Talent & Succession: Drive talent reviews, HiPo identification, succession planning, competency assessments, and leadership development.
- Learning & Development: Facilitate IDPs, identify capability gaps, and track employee development and career growth.
- Compensation & Perks: Manage salary structures, benchmarking, benefits, compensation policies, and market surveys.
- Annual Rewards: Coordinate increments, promotions, variable pay, and performance-linked incentives, ensuring fairness and consistency.
- Payroll: Oversee accurate and timely payroll, attendance, leave, overtime, loans, employee data, statutory deductions, and queries.
- Rewards & Recognition:



Design and drive employee recognition programs and measure their effectiveness.
- HRMS & Automation: Lead HRMS stabilization, enhancements, automation, digital initiatives, and user adoption.
- HR Analytics: Develop dashboards and reports covering performance, talent, payroll, compensation, and workforce trends.
- Budget & Cost Management: Manage HR budgets, manpower costs, compensation forecasts, variance analysis, and cost optimization.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with PF, PT, Income Tax, Bonus, Gratuity, audits, and regulatory requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with Business, Plant HR, Finance, IT, vendors, and leadership to drive HR initiatives and improve employee experience.
