Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards related to industrial relations.

- Oversee payroll processing, wage settlements, and statutory compliance for the organization.

- Handle court matters related to employment issues and government liaisoning.

Job Requirements :

- 15-23 years of experience in Human Resource Lead role or similar position.

- Robust knowledge of Employee Grievances, Employee Relations, Government Liaison, Industrial Relations, Payroll, Statutory Compliance, Wage Settlement.
