About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in recruitment, employee coordination, and day-to-day HR operations. This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Post job vacancies on job portals and other recruitment platforms.
- Coordinate with candidates to schedule interviews and provide interview updates.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
- Assist with onboarding formalities and employee documentation.
- Support HR administrative activities, attendance tracking, and employee record management.
- Coordinate with employees regarding joining formalities and required documents.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, maintaining spreadsheets, and updating records.
- Support the HR team in day-to-day activities and other assigned tasks.





Eligibility Criteria:

- Bachelor's degree or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Solid organizational, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment.
