HR INTERN PAID INTERNSHIP

INTERNSHIP COMPENSATION

12,500 per month + 2,000 performance bonus per month, paid quarterly based on performance.

ROLE

We are looking for a proactive, dynamic and energetic HR Intern who is willing to take ownership of day-to-day HR activities and build a long-term career with Matayo.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination and joining.
- Manage employee attendance and leave records.
- Prepare monthly salary/payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, LOP, incentives and other applicable inputs.
- Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HR files and HR trackers.
- Coordinate with employees and department heads for pending HR activities.
- Support HR policies, employee engagement and HR initiatives.
- Prepare basic HR MIS and reports and maintain confidentiality.
- Proactively follow up and ensure HR activities are completed on time.





CANDIDATE PROFILE Proactive | Dynamic | Energetic | Responsible | Organized | Good Communicator | Quick Learner | Ownership-Oriented The candidate should be comfortable taking responsibility, following up with stakeholders and completing tasks without constant supervision.

QUALIFICATION

- MBA / PGDM- HR
- BBA / BBM
- B.Com / BA or equivalent
- Freshers are welcome.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE
- Basic recruitment and HR operations
- MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Payroll and attendance management
- HRMS knowledge
- Basic understanding of Indian HR/statutory requirements

AI USAGE Matayo supports responsible use of AI tools for productivity. However, candidates must demonstrate independent thinking, practical understanding and ownership. Candidates who depend entirely on ChatGPT/Claude for their work or cannot explain their own work will not be suitable for this role.
